Let's Stop Stigma is a Community-Wide Campaign
Sullivan County is a place where people care about each other. But many people in our community are struggling. High rates of drug use, overdose, and death tell us that not everyone is OK.
We are neighbors, volunteers, social service agencies, health care providers, and harm reduction champions - all dedicated to getting to the core of the issues by stopping stigma. By helping our community see and move beyond stigma, we can address underlying social and cultural habits and support longer-lasting change.
You are already a champion in our community. We invite you to join us!
By joining the campaign you will:
- Receive stickers, window clings and other campaign materials to help you spread the word - including our digital “Champion Toolkit” filled with tools and assets to use on your own materials.
- Be featured on the LetsStopStigma.com website.
- Be listed along with others who joined the campaign in training & outreach materials.
- Be regularly featured on the Let’s Stop Stigma social media channels.
As part of the campaign, you will:
- Bring the “Spot Stigma to Stop Stigma” training to your workplace or organization.
- Display the “champion” version of the campaign logo on your website & materials, with a link to LetsStopStigma.com
- Follow the Let’s Stop Stigma social media channels and repost content on your channels.
- Display stickers, window clings, posters, etc. at your location and including the campaign logo when you can with your outreach materials. The “Champion Toolkit” will have suggestions, samples, and all the formats you’ll need!
